easypostai is paused and no longer collects new data. This notice describes the account data we still hold from when the service ran.

What we hold

• Account details: email address, name and sign-in method (email or Google).
• Brand profiles: business name, sector, colors, tone and logo, if uploaded.
• The text you entered for posts, and the generated images, captions and hashtags.
• Credit history, and basic technical data recorded with some account events (IP address and browser).

Service providers

Database: Neon (United States). Images: Cloudflare R2. Hosting: Railway and Vercel. Email: Resend. Image and text generation: Google Gemini API. Payment processing: Polar.

Your rights

To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email [email protected]. You can also contact your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).
