  • Brand profile data: Business name, brand colors, logo, industry, and slogan that you provide to personalize your generated content.
  • Usage data: Information about posts you generate, features you use, and login timestamps to help us understand how our service is used.
  • Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Polar.sh. We do not store your credit card details or other payment credentials on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically through Cloudflare analytics to help us maintain and improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Generate AI-powered social media posts using your brand profile and preferences.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription through Polar.sh.
  • Send account-related notifications (such as subscription confirmations and usage alerts) via Resend email service.
  • Improve our service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the EasyPostAI service.

4. AI-Generated Content

When you create a post, your text prompts are sent to the Google Gemini API for image and caption generation. Here is how we handle your content:

  • Prompts are not stored by EasyPostAI after the generation process completes.
  • Generated images and captions are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage and linked to your account.
  • You own the content you generate through EasyPostAI. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details on content ownership.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate EasyPostAI. Each service processes data according to its own privacy policy:

  • Google Gemini API — AI image and text generation.
  • Polar.sh — Subscription and payment processing.
  • Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, R2 object storage, and DDoS protection.
  • Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — Website and application hosting.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services for further information on how they handle your data.

6. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

  • Data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL (US East region) and Cloudflare R2 object storage.
  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest.
  • We implement security headers including HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, and X-Frame-Options across all our services.
  • Access to your account is controlled via JWT-based authentication.

While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access your personal data stored in our systems.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
